All functional pieces like mugs and dinnerware are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. We do however, recommend hand washing whenever possible. For decorative pieces such as vases, clean the interior gently with soapy water. Try not to wet the exterior of textural vessels too much. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please document by taking pictures and contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order at ahmeeceramics@gmail.com. We will either replace it or issue a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 7 business days from the date the item was delivered to initiate a return. Please contact us at ahmeeceramics@gmail.com. Shipping cost is non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packaging the item safely. Pieces must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Once the item is received and inspected we will gladly issue a refund to your original form of payment. Pieces that are on sale or are classified as “seconds” are final sale. Pieces that are purchased from one of our retailers are final sale.

If you would like to visit us at our studio to pick up your order please enter the code “LOCAL” at checkout. We will contact you by email to arrange a pickup time.

If you are interested in a particular piece that is sold out, please feel free to contact us, as some of our products can be recreated. Custom orders are final sale.
